Central hotel, clean room, quirky ambiance
Heavy doors a hassle when managing luggage and pets!!! Noise from nearby bars made for disrupted sleep late into the night!!!

The bar area offered a charming atmosphere, though it
felt a bit underutilized during my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I enjoyed my stay in a clean, quirky room, and breakfast was freshly prepared, but the lack of dedicated parking was a notable inconvenience.

I had a delightful stay at the Victoria Hotel, where the room was perfectly clean and the soft towels enhanced my comfort. Breakfast was reason enough to return, with a beautifully cooked full English served right on time. The location was ideal for leisurely strolls along the nearby river.
Limited parking available.

this place woudl ve been lovely, if not for the incredibly thin curtains allowing all the bright light in, and a constant show of 'street domestics' outside. I couldn’t believe that after all this chaos, I didn’t receive even a small gesture, like a complimentary drink for the disturbance! I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.

The rooms are cozy and homey, with clean linens and soft towels that add a touch of comfort. It's a unique character-filled place that many might find charming, especially if you enjoy a more traditional set-up.
Parking can be a hassle—there's limited availability and what they do have often belongs to other businesses, complicating things. Noise from nearby entertainment can disrupt sleep, especially on weekends, with voices carrying from the bar well into the early hours. breakfast isn't included and comes at an extra cost, which might surprise those expecting more value.

It was just a fine choice for a quick break in Blairgowrie and Rattray with a good price-value balance. The breakfast was a hearty full English which set us up nicely for the day. Check the parking situation before arriving to avoid stress.

great location but small room
The location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions. Checking in and out was hassle-free, which I appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, and the towels were lovely, adding a nice touch to the stay.
The Small Double Room felt somewhat cramped for two people.
